Renee Ziegler (she/they) is an artist who was born and raised in Austin, Texas. They currently attend the University of North Texas and are expected to graduate in May of 2022 with a BFA in Studio Art with a focus in Photography and a minor in art history. Her work began as a study of narrative, how the human mind looks for stories in everything they look at and how they interpret them in different ways. However, as their studies continued, they became interested in mixing the medias of photography and embroidery, now focusing her work more on personal struggles and fluctuating identity.
